On Sunday I asked Roland concerning the scripture about wives
should be submissive to their husbands.
I asked to what extent is it that the wives have to submit themselves.
"Everything"
*jaws dropped*
Yes, everything. To the extent of unconditional love just like what Roland had preached on the Women Liberation Movement
Saturday night, that the males have to love us unconditionally too. Roland said that its understandable that many of the ladies would complain about being totally submissive regardless if its right or wrong.
To that, its comes under Sunday's sermon. Where Elder Tong
Meng shared about the power of the spoken words. Every little thing that we spoke contain power. Therefore we should do the part of a loving wife, and pray for your husband or any male in your life that they will be Christ-like and love you back unconditionally.
For "when we speak in faith, God will lead us and honor our words".
However, we have to be careful of what we say with our lips. Life and Death is in the power of the tongue, causing words that we spoke to have eternal consequences.

2. Speak to circumstances and situations - Speak the power, love and blessings of Jesus.

Whatever good things God have placed in you will only be good when you release it from your lips...Note that the words that we speak is supernatural... thus it belongs to the supernatural realm and have eternal effect...more reference: Matthew 12:36, James 3
The tongue is so small yet so powerful... thus we should watch what we say... because it have eternal effect...3 APPLICATION FOR OURSELVES:1) SPEAK the word of God to ourselves...start by blessing ourselves...
2) SPEAK to circumstances & situationlike how Jesus told the disciples to speak to the mountain...
3) SPEAK words to lift up Jesusbecause when Jesus is lifted up, He will draw all men to Him...

I've just read Genesis chapter 1 & the Ten Commandments to my sister explaining to her whatever I know. I told her about the Christmas food & Fun Fair too. She's keen to go~! Yay~!
I suppose the next person I have to actually convince that Church & Christians aren't harmful is to my mum~! =D

Heyo peeps!i've not been here for like a million years lah!!oh my maddy i hope u are okand to all the exam peeps, i pray that you all would have many many many blessings from God!sorry for being missing for so many cell meetings... in case some of u don't know, i'm joining the NTU peeps (Jayne, Meredith) cell! but only for cell meetings so i don't have to travel so far... but i think this luxury won't last that long... haha... one day they'll move back to church too!anyway, must pray for me that i can get use to the fast paced uni life... i'm quite officially declared half dead and lost :(pray that i'll learn to love marketing too... i'm starting to regret taking it as an elective cos i donno how to sell myself well... :( :( good thing it's only for one sem or i'll just surrender....quite behind my psychology work too.... AHHHHHH!!!!love you all and miss you all... *sob sob*winnie,bringing blessing from the other part of the world
